Balanced For Life Private Health Association Known as Amari Method.

By joining Balanced For Life, a Private Membership Association, and/or any website or Social Media Group started by, created by, maintained, or organized by the Association, I agree to the terms and conditions of the Balanced For Life Private Membership Association Agreement as follows:

1. Purpose of the Association

This Association of members declares that its objective is to provide a private platform for members to conduct all manner of business, including but not limited to health care, education, and wellness services, within the private domain. The Association operates under the protections guaranteed by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the U.S. Constitution, and other applicable laws, ensuring that all activities remain in the private domain and free from government interference.

2. Declaration of Rights

We believe that the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the U.S. Constitution, and equivalent provisions of state constitutions guarantee our members the rights of freedom of association, free speech, privacy, and the right to gather for the lawful purpose of mutual support and assistance. These rights include the freedom to make informed decisions about our health, wellness, and other private matters without undue interference.

We hereby declare that we are exercising our right of **freedom of association** as guaranteed by the UDHR, the U.S. Constitution, and equivalent state provisions. This means that all Association activities are conducted in the private domain and are outside the jurisdiction of government entities, agencies, officers, agents, contractors, and other representatives.

3. Member Autonomy and Choice

We affirm the right of all members to make informed decisions about their health and wellness, including the choice of therapies, treatments, and practitioners. Members are free to seek counsel, advice, and assistance from other members or practitioners within the Association whom they trust to provide wise and knowledgeable guidance.

4. Mission of the Association

The mission of Balanced For Life is to provide members with a private forum to conduct business, share knowledge, and support one another in achieving optimal health and well-being. The Association is committed to upholding the principles of vitalistic chiropractic care, which honors the body’s innate ability to heal and self-regulate.

5. Membership Eligibility

The Association welcomes any person(s), natural or otherwise, irrespective of race, color, or religion, who agrees with these principles and policies. Membership is granted upon approval of the Association Trustees and may be terminated at any time if a member’s actions are deemed contrary to the focus, principles, or betterment of the Association.

6. Termination of Membership

Membership in Balanced For Life may be terminated by the Association Trustees or their designee at any time if a member engages in behavior that is detrimental to the Association or its members. Such behavior includes, but is not limited to, abusive, violent, menacing, destructive, or harassing actions.

7. Dispute Resolution

I understand that Balanced For Life operates under the protections of the First, Fourth, Fifth, Ninth, and Tenth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution. As such, it is outside the jurisdiction of federal and state agencies concerning any complaints or grievances against the Association or its members. All disputes will be resolved internally by an Association designee, committee, or tribunal. By joining this Association, I waive the right to pursue legal action against the Association or its members, except in cases of clear and present danger of substantive evil, and only with the approval of the Association.

8. Voluntary Membership

I agree to join Balanced Life, a private membership association under common law, whose members seek to support one another in achieving better health and quality of life. By joining, I voluntarily change my capacity from that of a public person to that of a private member. My activities within the Association are private contractual matters, and I refuse to share them with local, state, or federal investigative or enforcement agencies.

9. Agreement and Understanding

I enter into this agreement of my own free will, without any pressure or coercion. I affirm that I do not represent any local, state, or federal agency whose purpose is to regulate, enforce, or investigate. I have read and understood this document, and any questions I have have been answered to my satisfaction. I understand that I may withdraw from this agreement and terminate my membership at any time.

10. Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the entire agreement for my membership in Balanced Life. I declare that by joining this Association and/or its websites or social media groups, I have carefully read and fully understand this agreement and agree to its terms.
