Our Guarantee

If you don't experience noticeable relief by the end of your session, we'll continue working with you at no additional charge until you do. This guarantee has rarely been needed because our protocols are designed to create immediate, tangible changes.

Missed Appointment Policy

If you miss an appointment, your session is considered used. We understand emergencies happen and review rescheduling requests on a case-by-case basis. Balance Mastery program participants receive one complimentary emergency reschedule per package. To reschedule an appointment we require a 24 hour notice.
