The Journey
Your first sessions are just about experience. You come in, Dr. Garrett walks you through the protocols, and you feel what your body does in response. There's no homework and no curriculum. You're just discovering what happens when your body is given the right positions. Most people feel a real difference in their first session.
First 4–8 sessionsThis is where you start learning the home practice. Dr. Garrett teaches you the cues and the feel of each protocol so you can do them on your own. About five minutes a day, wherever you are. You start noticing things shifting on their own. Standing differently, breathing differently.
3–6 monthsYou run the protocols while Dr. Garrett coaches you in real time, refining the depth and nuance of each one. The work keeps getting deeper. People stay not because they need to, but because there's always another layer to discover.
