Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using our services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Missed Appointment Policy

1. Single Sessions Client acknowledges and agrees that any missed appointment will be considered a completed session for which payment has been rendered. A session is considered "missed" if the client does not attend their scheduled appointment time.

2. Package Sessions For clients who have purchased a 12-session package, each missed appointment will count as one used session from their package. Each 12-session package includes one (1) complimentary emergency reschedule that may be used during the duration of the package

3 Rescheduling Requests a) Clients may request consideration for rescheduling a missed appointment by responding to the automated follow-up email with relevant details regarding their absence. b) All rescheduling requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. c) Medical emergencies may be granted a complimentary reschedule upon review. d) Amari Health reserves the right to approve or deny any rescheduling request at its sole discretion.

4. Refunds Missed appointments are non-refundable. Payment for sessions is due in advance and represents a reservation of the practitioner's time, regardless of attendance.

5. Notification Clients will receive an automated email notification following a missed appointment with instructions for submitting a rescheduling request if desired.

SMS Program Terms

Program Description

Amari Method provides automated text message services to keep you informed about your appointments, brief updates and limited promotions.

1. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

2. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to hello@amarimethod.com

   
   

3. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of Amari Method or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

- Modify or copy our materials

- Use any material for commercial purposes

- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations

- Transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on any other server

User Generated Content

By submitting any content through our services, you:

- Represent that you have the right to submit such content

- Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute such content

- Acknowledge that we are not responsible for any content submitted by users

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

- Warranties of merchantability

- Fitness for a particular purpose

- Non-infringement of intellectual property rights

- Accuracy or completeness of the content

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

- Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past twelve months

- We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by viruses, distributed denial-of-service attacks, or other technologically harmful material

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of San Francisco, California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Francisco, California.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
