Garrett works one-on-one with you, using hands-on guidance and precise movement to change how your body moves and feels.
Book a $29 AssessmentGarrett watches how you move, then builds an exact physical setup around what is happening in your body that day. You are active throughout: moving, breathing, engaging, and noticing.
His hands, timing, and instructions make small adjustments possible. The point is not to give you a theory about your body. It is to see whether the work changes something you can feel.
Two and a half decades of working with every type of body and every type of challenge.
A growing living library of movements and setups, selected and adapted for the person in the room.
This is not a class or a fixed program. The work changes with your body.
You do the work together. With time, you learn more of what to feel for and how to return to it.
Garrett felt an immediate connection to Amari, a boy he never met. Both faced life-threatening complications from asthma at the same age; Garrett survived, while Amari did not. The name gives the work a deeper purpose: helping people experience more of their own physical capacity through patient, individual guidance.
Position, leverage, breath, engagement, touch, and support all matter. Garrett changes the setup until the body has a different option.
You may work on the floor, standing, with rings, blocks, rollers, or nothing at all. The room is used to create the right physical conditions, not to run everyone through the same routine.
You are not placed on a table and worked on. You move, breathe, and participate while Garrett gives direct, hands-on guidance.
A longer practice is teacher-led, not a fixed curriculum. Living Practice helps you revisit the visual cues of work you have already learned between sessions.
